Members can edit their profile on the directory by adding:

Use of Trademark Registered Name & Logo

Your unique membership logo was attached to your welcome email. Feel free to use this on your website, social media pages and any other marketing materials. Tip: If you're using the logo on your website, be sure to link the image back to your Trusted Local Cleaners listing!

Members can benefit from the ‘members price’ (up to £100 off standard training fees) AND a further discount if booking two or more delegates on the same course. Discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) Members - The National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) Members group is a private environment where fellow members can network, in a professional capacity, about all things industry related.

Requests – All new members are required to supply membership number and company name for verification. Requests will automatically be unapproved if no information is supplied. Please read the rules to familiarise yourself with what we expect from all group members.

Please note, the NCCA – National Carpet Cleaners Association page is the only group Administrator who is able to represent the views & opinions of the Association. The NCCA Office Team are only permitted to monitor group activity throughout the working day. Any breaches of group rules or extraordinary circumstances should be reported to admin@ncca.co.uk to be dealt with at the next working day opportunity.

Messenger – please do not send urgent enquiries, personal documentation (i.e. insurance, payment information) or general documentation (certificates) to Admins through the messenger platform. Please contact admin@ncca.co.uk or use the upload feature via the secure NCCA website: https://ncca.co.uk/upload-document/

NCCA Corporate Members - Advice Forum - This group is exclusively for NCCA Corporate Members and Members to discuss industry-related products, machinery, training and more. This group does not replace the Members Group. This is a forum where Members can ask questions regarding processes and products, and multiple Corporate Members can openly engage and respond with brand specific answers. Corporate Members may also advertise directly to NCCA members once a week.

Technical Support

The NCCA Directors have been involved in the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry for many years and are on hand to offer free advice and generally assist with any cleaning related problems. As the Directors are not based in the NCCA office and offer their time voluntarily, please complete our technical advice form to make an enquiry and allow us to arrange an efficient response.

Arbitration Service

If you have a dispute with a customer, the Association is able to act as an independent arbitration service, up to solicitor level.

Industry Days & Events

The NCCA arrange exclusive trips, events & meetings for members. Keep an eye out on our Industry Days page, NCCA Facebook group and emails for further information.

TrustMark Membership

TrustMark is the Government endorsed initiative to help consumers find reliable and trustworthy local tradespeople to carry out repairs and maintenance within and outside the home. It is widely supported by consumer protection organisations, local Trading Standards authorities and the Office of Fair Trading.

The NCCA was awarded Scheme Operator status for the Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning category, and TrustMark membership within that category is only available to NCCA members (who meet the eligibility criteria). Telephone Answering Service (Factotum)

Factotum provides personalised telephone answering services that work in partnership with your business, effectively fulfilling the role of a virtual employee.

Debt Collection Service

The NCCA are working in partnership with Controlaccount Plc to assist members in dealing with slow paying customers. A fast, efficient, low cost solution to outstanding account management by the UK’s leading Collection Company to the service industries. NCCA members are entitled to a discounted rate for the collection of accounts. Controlaccount are able to collect outstanding accounts utilising the LPA (late payment act) to cover the majority of recovery costs reducing fees. This service works on a no collection, no fee arrangement, and so if they are unable to recover your debt there would be no charge for using our service.
