On rare occasions the NCCA may be forced to cancel a course or event. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should this be the case. You will be entitled to a full refund of any event fee paid.

COVID-19 amendment -

  • Local & national restrictions
    - If a training course needs to be postponed due to Government restrictions, we will endeavour to rearrange to the next suitable date. Your booking can be transferred or you are entitled to a full refund. If you cannot attend the new date, you must inform us. Full refunds will only be issued before the original course start date.
  • COVID-19 symptoms or self-isolation
    - If you feel unwell, regardless if you have tested positive for COVID-19, we would advise not to attend. If you have been informed that you need to self-isolate and therefore cannot attend, you will be entitled to a full refund.  Full refunds will only be issued if we have been informed before the course start date.

The NCCA accepts no liability for transport, accommodation or other commitments made by delegates booked to attend a course or event. Please contact the office if you wish to confirm the status of a course/event before or after booking.
