The first and most important requirement of NCCA membership is training. All applicants must undertake at least an entry-level training course in professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, and achieve the standard pass mark in the examination which follows.
The simplest way to qualify is to complete the NCCA's Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Course.
Applicants may also qualify for NCCA membership if they undertake training and relevant examination with one of the following organisations:
Corporate Members that provide training in professional carpet and upholstery cleaning may apply to become an equivalent training provider. This provides the option to include the NCCA examination at the end of accepted courses, allowing delegates to become eligible for NCCA membership after completing Corporate training. Various requirements need to be met to qualify, so please contact the office for more information.
The NCCA hosts an annual exhibition with opportunities and discounts for Corporate Members. This year's Carpet Cleaning Exhibition is being held in association with The WCP Cleaning Show 2018. Please visit our dedicated page for more information and booking options.
