Welcome to the NCCA

Here you can find lots of useful documents and advice to support your business throughout your membership

Your details will shortly appear on the member directory on the NCCA’s Trusted Local Cleaners directory. Instructions and log in details will be provided in a separate email allowing you to access your profile and update your entry. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

Once you have your login details, you are now able to edit your directory listing via the NCCA website. Many members have already taken advantage of this, and made their listing stand out by adding a logo, photos, videos, social media links, a company description and that all important back link to your website. We have had thousands reviews left for members, so please do continue to drive your customers back to your listing to leave a review.

The NCCA Members group is a private environment where fellow members can network, in a professional capacity, about all things industry related.

Requests – All new members are required to supply membership number and company name for verification. Requests will automatically be unapproved if no information is supplied.

Rules – Please read the rules to familiarise yourself with what we expect from all group members.

Please note, the NCCA – National Carpet Cleaners Association page is the only group Administrator who is able to represent the views & opinions of the Association. The NCCA Office Team are only permitted to monitor group activity throughout the working day. Any breaches of group rules or extraordinary circumstances should be reported to admin@ncca.co.uk to be dealt with at the next working day opportunity.

Messenger – please do not send urgent enquiries, personal documentation (i.e. insurance, payment information) or general documentation (certificates) to Admins through the messenger platform. Please contact admin@ncca.co.uk or use the upload feature via the secure NCCA website: https://ncca.co.uk/upload-document/

All official NCCA documents, membership upgrade application forms, TrustMark application documents, general meeting minutes/reports, complaints guidance and many more can be found here. Being a member of the NCCA means you have agreed to abide by the Articles of Association, Code of Practice and other rules and regulations. Please take the opportunity to fully review and understand these documents.

The NCCA Directors have been involved in the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry for many years and are on hand to offer free advice and generally assist with any cleaning related problems. As the Directors are not based in the NCCA office and offer their time voluntarily, please complete our technical advice form to make an enquiry and allow us to arrange an efficient response.

We have included a shortcut to the training page and booking courses has never been easier. Members can benefit from the ‘members price’ (up to £100 off standard training fees) AND a further discount if booking two or more delegates on the same course. Discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

If you suspect that a non-member company is ‘passing off’ as a member by using the name or logo, please provide a full report of the situation using the form provided.

Corporate Members are industry suppliers, manufacturers and service providers registered with the NCCA. We recommend our Corporate Members for equipment, chemicals, insurance and much more. The list can be searched by category and location online.
