"I am in the process of refurbishing my home and needed bedroom, landing, stairs and living room carpets cleaned. I found Michael via the website and explained the needs. He made arrangements to attend and surveyed the work required. He gave me a written quote for the work, approximation of the duration and the expected results. I accepted his quote immediately and arrangements were made for him to attend. He arrived on time and set to work, he explained what he was doing and why. Upon completion, he removed all of his equipment quickly and cleanly. You would never know he’d been. Outcome: the carpets have regained their as new look, they smell fresh and clean. I was able to walk on them almost immediately he had completed his work. I was most impressed by his meticulous attention to detail and determination to achieve the best results. I am delighted with the outcome. He was personable and a pleasant personality. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring their carpets cleaned."
